The pro app is great. Im working in a building where a worker on a swing stage is using a rotary hammer on a structural column next to my desk.
After measuring the sound level I purchased hearing protection.

Hearing loss is no joke.
I used to run a CNC Router, 127 DB.
My wife thought I wore the hearing protection to avoid hearing her yelling at me. I explained I was wearing hearing protection so as to preserve my hearing for just those special moments.
I also named my sailboat Si Quedida.
